Thomson White Wine Appreciation
The Thomson White Wine Appreciation course covers all aspects of white wine ? tasting, the wine industry, cellaring and making still and sparkling wines. The course also looks at dessert wine and organic wine and offers tips on which wine to serve with which food, showing the occasional white-wine drinker how they can become a connoisseur.
