Thomson Red Wine Appreciation

The Thomson Red Wine Appreciation course covers all aspects of red wine ? tasting, the wine industry, cellaring and making still and sparkling reds. The course also looks at dessert wine and organic wine and offers tips on choosing bottles with confidence and on which wine to serve with which food ?showing the occasional red-wine drinker how they can become a connoisseur.
